The organisation vision is very clear towards to be catalyst for the creation in the society on the major commitment in Health, Education, livelihood, Skill development programs of the rural area of society and team RJHSS always eager and aggressive to achieve the required goal of social development by maintain its respectability through doing team work and to improve their technologies for better productivity’ with the support of join hands with the agencies who are ready to make the changes in the society by doing the social development works through implementation of various training programs/awareness programs under the State or Central Government schemes for the Gram Panchayat Samiti, Block level development, District level and state level development projects, which are specially meant for the society development to build capacity and develop ownership thought. 

MISSION: Our mission is to improve the quality of life of livelihood through promote them interstate and international contacts, exchange of thought and enlighten about the global humanitarian interest without disconnection of class, color, creed or religion by providing a meeting round in the homely and healthy atmosphere. Provide opportunities for physical, moral, cultural, environmental and social education by organizing seminars, workshops, symposium, exhibitions, meetings, discussion and talk, cultural and sports meet, adventure programme and other social gatherings/programs. To promote and develop entrepreneurship among the unemployed personal of the area of operation through vocational training, professional education/training, financial and technical assistance.

Foster the friendly relationship between rural and urban people and work for the weaker section of the society and enable children to be children, play, think, laugh and grow as growing child in every aspect of children rights. Create socio-economic-cultural awareness among people. Work on the Health, Education and Culture in the society and organize people, especially the women, girls to take initiative for their own development. Motivate people for judicious utilization as per right of local resources. Inculcate knowledge among the people to take action for restoration of ecological balance and eco harmony. Provide and arrange need based training to the rural folk, men and women to upgrade their knowledge and improve their skill to become socio-economically self-reliant and save their own culture. To take action against environment safety, stop pollution and harnessing the power of nature through proper utilization of renewable energy and emphasise the need for education as the first step to fight against poverty. Work for the sustainable development of the people through participatory process and promote the organized marketing of people’s Tailoring Training and to organize National Integration Camps in different part of India to promote the concept of Gender Justice and Child Welfare.

Organize educational tours including Mountaineering and Trekking for youth groups to promote, propagate and educate about the healthy life style. For promote and protect the child rights and organize explore the fund raising efforts/initiative for the fulfilment of the objectives of the organization by mobilization of financial assistance/donations from Government, National or International agencies. Also to amalgamate any society, association, institutions, company or other body whether corporate or not, take over the properties, assets, liabilities and engagements of any such body association or work in co-operation with institutions or societies whether national or international, which have similar objects, aims and objectives.

On the other ways, the society mission towards the projects which are launched only for speedy implementation in the society through the help/support of Central Govt. or State Govt. or by any other agency intend to do so in the society. The society is strappingly feel that the education sector is especially very poor and is to be improved immediately in the rural areas. It is caused due to lack of not available school buildings, shortage of teaching staff and distance of schools from the village in rural and tribal areas of different states in India, which are to be taken up and supported by giving and helping them through providing the required amenities for doing the development. Rashtriya Janhit Sewa Sansthan is trying to reach in the root cause of illiteracy in the society and also trying to force the children’s of streets and poor families to bring their interest in education and providing the required facilities for educational development in youth, adults, women’s and weaker section of society. The other major difficulty in our society in the field of agricultural, unfamiliar with health awareness programs and unawareness towards the air and water pollution in the society. The society is always open to help, give guidance, awareness of scientific techniques to the students and weaker section of the civilization. The main motto of the society is to spread the awareness campaigns in the rural and urban areas by doing the awareness campaign for the development of women’s empowerment, stop the dowry systems in the society. The society Rashtriya Janhit Sewa Sansthan is already doing the adult education, Saksharta Mission, running of Aagan Badi, taking part in awareness campaigns during corona pandemic etc.
