The Non Government Organisation “Rashtriya Janhit Sewa Sansthan”, is in progress of working and achieving the success path in the different areas of rural and urban area in the society to research & dig out the problem cause of poverty, illiteracy, unemployment and as well as lack of education in youths and children’s of the society and solve the problem of illiteracy, adult education, public health awareness, providing the facility of making availability of drinking water, environmental safety, youth and child education, child education and also as well as in the sector of women’s empowerment program and various other activities with association of SWAJAL Project “Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan & Rajiv Gandhi Peyjal Mission” in the locality of nearby villages of District Almora and Roorkee, Distt- Haridwar, Uttarakhand state to develop and motivate the people for getting involvement and awareness the importance cleanness in daily life and as well as society.

The main objective of the organization are to take the issues straightforward from the community and taking steps towards provide the facilities to the needy and privileged group and the other development functions towards taking active part in various social development programs and implementation process with the theme to develop the rural areas atmosphere in the form of healthy environment, best quality education and training programs to the children and youth for drinking water and breathing fresh air by doing the "Swacha Bharat Abhiyan" initiated by Central Government by the help of society diversified and educated team members.

At present the society is eagerly planning to set up OLD AGE HOME in district Almora to save the old age people’s who are not residing with their children due to non availability of job opportunities and education to the children’s. The society is planning to set up such facility in the required places in different areas and stop the migration from their native place to other cities for their livelihood needs.
